Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms describe how you may use the Dune Share member service (the "Service"). By creating an account you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

2. Your account

You choose your own ID and password. Keep them private. You are responsible for everything done through your account, so tell us right away if you believe someone else has access to it.

Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. One person should hold one account.

Enabling two-step verification and keeping your devices secure is strongly recommended.

3. Referrer code and network

Each member joins under one referrer, identified by the referrer code entered at sign-up. Your position in the network follows from that code and from the center you choose, if any.

Network positions, volumes and rewards shown in the Service are calculated by the plan rules published in the Service. We may correct entries that were recorded in error.

4. Rewards, balances and withdrawals

Rewards are calculated and credited according to the reward plan in effect on the calculation date. Figures shown in the app are provided for your information and are finalized when the calculation run completes.

Withdrawals are made to the wallet address you provide. Check addresses and networks carefully: transfers sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered. Withdrawal fees, limits and processing times are shown in the Service before you confirm.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service. In particular, do not create accounts to manipulate network positions or rewards, interfere with the Service or other members' accounts, attempt to access data that is not yours, or use automated tools against the Service.

We may limit, suspend or close an account that is used in this way, and may reverse rewards that resulted from it.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may improve, change or retire features, and we will update the reward plan and these terms when needed. Changes take effect when published in the Service; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

7. Ending your account

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Balances owed to you at closure are handled under the reward plan and the withdrawal rules in effect.

8. Responsibility

The Service is provided as it is made available to you. Amounts and projections shown in the app are not a promise of any future result. To the extent permitted, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our control, by incorrect information you provide, or by loss of access to your own credentials or devices.
